 GENDER: Male

BREED: Pedigree Texel

2. Likes a good scratch on his neck and face

3. very friendly and will say hello to anyone

So, we start with the only male sheep on this farm.  Tom is a very handsome, strong, friendly sheep.  He'll walk up to anyone who says hello. He is also the one with the deepest 'baa' on our farm. He's a slow young chap, preferring to take life slow and steady, (unlike the rest).  I believe this is partly the Texel breed coming out in him, as as you can see in the picture, he'll pose perfectly.

Nibbles

NAME: Nibbles

WEIGHT:

 GENDER: Female

BREED: North of England Mule

FAVOURITE TREATS:  Hay, creep feed, willow leaves, hawthorn leaves

2. Likes a good scratch on her neck and face

3. likes to be the sheep that is 'up-front', always following me around.

Here we are with our second sheep in the line up,

Nibbles is a handsome, friendly, intelligent, strong and sometimes a bossy sheep. She is famous for her distinctive baa, that can be heard all around the farm. Hence her name, Nibbles will try out anything that looks nice, from hay bale twine to trying to eat chicken tail feathers, she definately lives up to her name.😀

Ebony

NAME: Ebony

DOB: 3 April 2021

WEIGHT:

 GENDER: Female

BREED: Texel

ABILITIES: Very strong considering how small she is, very stubborn, definitely the 'boss' of the girls.

FAVOURITE TREATS:  Hay, creep feed, willow leaves, hawthorn leaves

HABITS: 1. Likes to hang around at the back of the pack when there's food, doesn't like to walk in front of people.

2. Likes a scratch on her face, but not for too long.

3. Has the lowest 'baa' out of all the girls

4. Queen of comfort - you will always find her in the best spot for the sun, or the cosiest spot in the barn.

Ebony is a very loyal sheep, she is strong, very stubborn and the 'boss', she is one of the smallest sheep in the flock yet she can definitely make her presence known. She is cool and calm and rarely gets skittish or excited at anything.

She was born, 1 of 3 lambs, and was the one that didn't get much colostrum. Therefore if there's any problem to have, then she'll have it, when she turned up at our place, she had pneumonia, quite serious too.  But thanks to a local farmer she was saved with a few injections of insulin. She's had numerous problems with her feet since she was born.
