We believe that eggs are a great food and should be treated with respect. Not just mass produced items of food that go out in the pallet loads but a food with great nutritional value that is a pleasure to eat that can be enjoyed by all, nurtured and cared for from the time it is made to when it is eaten.
We believe that our eggs are "Probably the Best in Yorkshire" the reason for this is their quality. We are all about quality over quantity. We feed our hens on only the highest quality feed and allow them out free range amongst 2 acres of wild grasses, flowers and trees. This perfect combination of great quality feed and a large place for the hens to roam and enjoy brings out the best eggs. With a deep coloured yellow yolk, great taste, large size and strong shells, these eggs would beat any from the supermarket.
Our eggs are also sold extra fresh. We ensure that our eggs our less than 10 days old when sold. This ensures that our eggs retain their great shape and definitive taste when you eat our cook with them giving you the best experience possible.
